Yes! We are licensed, insured and bonded. Unfortunately, many restoration "experts" are not - and that is a big red flag.

Can you remove terrazzo stains?

Yes. Our 12-step grinding/polishing process agressively targets stained areas. However, if your terrazzo floors are severily stained with "ghosting" or carpet padding stains, a peroxide treatmet may be used to help lighten the floor. No reputable floorcare company will guarentee 100% stain removal, but we have a very good success rate.

Can you repair holes in terrazzo due to carpet tack strips?

Yes. Our terrazzo artists can match the color of any terrazzo pattern beautifully. We have hundreds of marble chips from around the world in stock now.

Can you achieve a high gloss on the terrazzo without crystallizing or using a topical coating?

Yes! We never use crystallization or topical coatings that quickly yellow and fade. Our intensive process will tighten up pores so that the floor won't stain as easily. This produces a highly polished natural gloss.
